Australia has suffered terrible fires over the last few days. This picture broke my heart. The koalas are suffering! What a tender, vulnerable moment.
This interesting article describes an experiment about what it's like to be Muslim in America. A group of Islamic Studies students from American University are traveling across the country exploring that theme. Sometimes they dress in Muslim headscarves. Yesterday, a dream came true. I got the final confirmation that I am going to Guatemala- in three weeks!! Can't wait, can't wait:)
